We were initially sent to Proline through our contractor, Kevin Letourneau, who is remodeling our kitchen. We worked with Liz at the shop/warehouse in search of our countertops, walking in without knowing a thing about granite, marble or quartz. Liz explained it all and helped us find EXACTLY the "look" we wanted. We were very specific about the textures, colors and style we wanted, to match the "look" of the rest of our house. Liz had great ideas to offer and knew her inventory. We enjoyed her awesome, dry sense of humor that shined once she got a sense of my silly antics! Liz is AMAZING at what she does! (I'm happy that we became BFF's while working together and I'm sure she now misses me as much as I miss her.)???????? In addition, CARLOS, who installed our countertops, was amazing too! He clearly goes any length to ensure that his customers are happy. He stayed in touch with calls and texts throughout the install, to communicate what he was doing so there wouldn't be any surprises about how, what and why things were being done the he was doing them. Our countertops look ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, thanks to PROLINE, specifically LIZ and CARLOS!!

I had the best experience with Liz. She took the time to understand what I was looking for (even if I didn’t quite know yet), and explained different products. She also helped me determine what I would want for sinks, color & shape. Thank you Liz !

I had an opportunity to work with Liz Richardson at Proline Services. We met several times and each meeting Liz was so very professional. Many decisions were made and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She was always pleasant to work with and helped me through the process of choosing just the right materials for my kitchen and bathroom vanities. Liz is a Great asset to Proline.

I just wanted to thank Liz & Ashley for their help. The counter tops are beautiful & look even better than I anticipated! So let me begin by saying, your installers are amazing, polite, courteous, and direct issues or thoughts immediately on installation. They are very knowledgeable and problem solvers. They were careful not to scrap, dent, or mar the walls and cleaned up extremely well after themselves.

Liz was so helpful and knowledgeable about anything stone. Thanks for assisting me with the bathroom countertop selection. Thank you also for going above and beyond to help Suzanne with her granite. She definitely has her piece of the rock now!
You always are just so fun. Don’t enjoy driving your stone lifter too much today outside in the sun! Stay well and thank you for everything.

Fantastic! Experience at Proline's showroom was excellent! Ashley's assistance made it easy for us to make our choices. The product is phenomenal- looks great, easy to clean and standing up to our daily use. Love It — far better than the granite we had before.

I chose Proline for my new house, and they exceeded all my expectations. They did an incredible job on my kitchen, bathrooms, and closet, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The quality of their work, especially with the Cambria countertops, is outstanding. One of the things I loved most was being able to choose the exact slab sections and see a detailed layout before the work was even completed. It gave me complete confidence in how everything would turn out. The entire team over there is absolutely amazing and great to work with—professional, detail-oriented, and truly dedicated to their craft. On top of all that, their prices are really good for the level of quality and service you receive. I’ve already planned to use them for more projects in the future. If you’re building a new home or just looking to upgrade, I highly recommend Proline!

I am a customer of Scribners Kitchen & Bath Design in Quacker Hill, CT. They used Proline to supply and install my new quartz counters.
The two men from Proline were Diego and Samuel. They were very professional and detailed craftsmen. They were kind and courteous to me, the customer. I would definitely recommend using Deigo and Samuel from Proline.

Megan and I are very happy with the countertop install. Liz helped us pick out a beautiful material to go with the cabinets. Carlos measurements were perfect and Junior and Fernando did the install very quickly. All in all the experience was very positive and I give you the highest recommendation. Thank you very much

It was easy to work with Proline Services. As a busy contractor, that is important to me!! We were able to process everything seamlessly via email, they offered “pro tip” suggestions, and their team showed up when they said they would and did terrific work!! Our client is as happy as we are!! Thnx, Proline.
